(Rich\/Brandon)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Financial: <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Need dues caught up<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Approved potential payment for 990 (&lt;= $400 (Michelle\/Bruce ))<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Infrastructure:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Roof Leaks:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Leaks appear to be patched.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Computer museum to be temporarily moved to elevator area.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">CNC Router<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Work being done to level router and flatten bed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Rich and Mitch to offer class, contact via email.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Woodshop: <\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Minor progress.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">UTC may donate some workbenches.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Railroad:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">HO side wiring complete.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Lights complete except for moving led lights over door.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Benches for HO side started.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ham Radio: Butternut being evaluated.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Area Cleanup: Use upper bay of outbuilding for trash.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Membership Growth:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Need to add activities to attract new members.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Need some regular scheduled activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Retro-Gaming Evening: Brandon to take the lead.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Group Activities: Need small items made to give away.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>External on designing 3d printable parts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Patterson Science Center will be using the printers in August.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ham Radio: Need additional Tech Class, General\/Extra Class<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Elections:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Next meeting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Michelle to get nominations and prepare ballots.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>New Location:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">FCW may have to relocate due to 321A widening.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Currently looking at buildings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Best location \u2013 Granite, Sawmills, Hudson<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Need to be in Caldwell Co.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Prefer \u201cmove in\u201d ready.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Bylaws Update:<\/b> Michelle and Colin will
